    What’s your return policy?

    We hope you love your By/Rosie Jane products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.byrosiejane.com within 30 days from ship date. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy.

    Please note, all gift cards discovery sets, and GWPs purchased on byrosiejane.com are FINAL SALE.

    For sets and bundles, we cannot accept individual products included in the set, the entire set must be returned.

     

      How do I place a return?

      To return an item, please reach out to our Customer Care team on orders@byrosiejane.com include your order number, reason for the return and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center. 

      PLEASE NOTE: a return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. 

      Please pack your BRJ items properly and with love in original or equivalent packaging. ANY ITEM RETURNED BROKEN DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKING will not be refunded.

       

        How long does it take to process a return?

        Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

         

          What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

          If we shipped you the wrong product or you ordered the wrong product contact our Customer Care Team orders@byrosiejane.com and we’ll be sure to make it right! PLEASE NOTE product must be unopened and unused.
