Body Wash
In the shower or bath, massage a generous amount into wet skin to create a lather. wash body then rinse. Use day or night or anytime you feel dirty!
Follow with

Body Milk
massage all over body and neck. paying special attention to any extra dry or rough areas.
use AM or PM 7 days a week.

Deodorant
Spray 2-3 pumps under each arm. Allow to dry (3-5 seconds) before dressing. Re-apply throughout the day as needed. (for external use only).
